Captain America (Superheroes)
Captain America is a comic superhero, created by Jack Kirby and Joe Simon. Moving into the Marvel universe of Marvel Comics, he appears for the first time in the comic book Captain America Comics # 1 of December 1940. With powers making him the very expression of human perfection on the physical level, Captain America is an outstanding fighter, a chef-born and an accomplished military strategist. He wears a recognizable suit, inspired by the American flag, and is equipped with an almost indestructible shield made of a steel alloy and vibranium, which he uses as a protection but also as a weapon.
